Q. How can I be sure this site is safe and secure?

A. We want to be sure your personal and financial details are 100% protected so we take security very seriously. The site is protected with SSL Security which ensures all data and information is encrypted before it is sent via unsecure portals such as pc’s with numerous users. Also all payments are made through PayPal and your payment is protected until you are happy with your goods. Should you have a problem with any goods you receive contact us straight away and we will either replace them immediately or give you a full refund.

About PayPal protection

The vast majority of internet users choose Paypal as their secure payment provider which allows users to receive their items quickly and smoothly.

However, if you don't receive your item or you have a dispute with the product described and as long as the product is returned in good condition, then you can receive the full value of your purchase (including postage) back when you pay with PayPal.

How it works

  1. You can open a dispute in the PayPal Security Centre by clicking, 'Open a transaction dispute' under the 'Report a Problem' heading on the left.

  2. PayPal will facilitate communication between you and the seller. If you're still not happy with the result, you can escalate the dispute to a claim.

  3. A decision will be made by PayPal after reviewing the details of the claim. If found in the buyer's favour, PayPal will reimburse the total amount of the purchase.
    Note: No deductible or additional fees will be charged when a buyer receives reimbursement.

 

Q. How do I update my contact details?

A. When you sign-in to your account you’ll see a link labeled "my details" on the right handside. You can easily edit any of your details, including contact details, delivery address and sign-in details here.

A. You can search for products across the whole site, or ones specific to a category. Look for the search panel below the main navigation to start your search. You can also search alphabetically.
